Summer is here, and it's definitely bikini season. That doesn't mean you are any less busy from before. It's hard to stick to one healthy regime during this time on top of everything else you have to do, but here are five ways make sure you get that bikini body no matter what you're doing.

1. Sneakers are your best friend
